Home Care Assistant

Proline Care are looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our team of carers to provide support and care in individuals homes. As care is tailored to each individual, no day is ever the same.

Full-time and part-time roles available

Responsibilities:

To support with personal care
To provide meal preparation
To support with medication administration
To offer general day to day support
To assist with daily activities i.e. shopping and housework.

Requirements:

Good communication skills
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred
Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
Clear DBS
