Proline Care are seeking experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to support services across the Swansea area.

As a member of the agency, you will provide care and support to residents at a variety of services including: nursing homes, residential homes, day centres and children’s homes. Vacancy details:

• Salary = £12.21 p/h
• Contract type = 0 hours

Responsibilities:

• Working in variety of care and support settings.
• Assisting and encouraging with personal care
• Following care plans and risk assessments
• Escorting service users to social activities
• Report writing
• Assisting and supporting to prepare meals.
• Communicating with residents and colleagues

Experience/Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years care experience (UK based)
• Right to work in the UK
• Report writing
• Drivers and non-drivers
• Clear DBS
